Depth Chart - Quarterbacks

Feb 16th, 2007 by winabango

The season that never stops, even though we have finished the Super Bowl, the fantasy season is now sliding towards NFL Draft. Let do a recap of the top positions in a week-by-week basis. Today we will focus on the Quarterback. We all know who the top 5 are without a doubt. What we want to focus on is what about 6-32. We they start and who should you are thinking about for next year.

1) Peyton Manning – Best in the game at this point, controls tempo and defenses.

2) Drew Brees – Coach Payton each week sits down and game plans with Brees.

3) Tom Brady – Average at best receivers and he still skies to heights.

4) Carson Palmer – The Human Juggs machines does it again and again.

5) Marc Bulger – Greatest show on turf has lost a little luster but not much.

6) Tony Romo – Will the new Cowboys coach make him better?

7) Vince Young – Reminds Titan fans of the ole Run and Shoot, with a lot more run.

8) Philip Rivers – Will the new O-Coordinator stay LT friendly or will they let fly.

9) Matt Hasselbeck - Seahawks fly very high if stars are healthy once again.

10) Brett Farve - The original “Gunslinger” can he make one more run?

11) Donovan McNabb - Mr. Injury, can he play or will he be on injured reserve.

12) Eli Manning - all that talent but without Tiki will he be swarmed under.

13) Ben Rothlisberger - If he bounces back, Wilson and Ward could be scary.

14) John Kitna - with Martz he is a sneaky starter.

15) Trent Green - What has happened the Chiefs are more than Larry Johnson?

16) Mike Vick - the Human Highlight film but why only 4-5 times a year?

17) Chris Simms - If healthy, a nice sleeper with Gruden as coach.

18) Byron Leftwich - Ankle surgery, possibly on the trading block?

19) David Garrard – Jacksonville’s future?

20) Chad Pennington -Weak arm and no running game, how did the Jets fly so high?

21) Jake Delhomme - The second coming of the “Gunslinger” needs running game.

22) Matt Leinart - Will the skill positions filled, the sky the limit. If the line holds up.

23) Rex Grossman - One word “Inconsistent”

24) Chad Pennington - Weak arm and no running game, how did the Jets fly so high.

25) Jake Delhomme - The second coming of the “Gunslinger” needs running game.

26) Duante Culpepper - Is he back and will he use his weapons, otherwise he is done.

27) Steve McNair - Never flashy always consistent, just gets it done.

28) David Carr - At some point it time to give, the kid needs to go elsewhere to grow.

        29) Alex Smith - Let’s get Bryant, Davis, and Gore together and he could explode.

30) JP Losman - Can he become more than the long distance dedication to Lee Evans.

31) Jason Campbell - the kids really smart, this is his 4 or the 5 offense since Auburn.

32) Jay Cutler - Shanahan gave a playoff run to build for the future, how long?

33) Charlie Frye - The rumor are a new QB may be drafted, the kid deserves better.

34) Bruce Gradkowski - Chris Simms is supposed to be back, if so lists about 20.

35) Tarvaris Jackson – Brad Johnson time has passed, will the young gun get a chance.

36) The Raiders Drafted QB – Brady Quinn or JaMarcus Russell anyone
