NL and AL Only Scarcity Reports

For those that have requested, your wait is finally over. I have complied an AL and NL Only version of the scarcity report. I just hope that I have been able to complete this before your drafts. I used data from CBS Sportsline drafts to compile it. I also based it off a 10-team league with 21 rounds.
