3-year weighted average park factors

Man, things have been very busy as of late, and I have not had the chance to do as much as I have wanted to. Even though I have not been writing as much, I have been working on a project that should be very helpful to all Fantasy Baseball owners. I will have more on that later.
Today I have a piece of research that I completed a few days ago that should be helpful for pitch-and-ditch decisions. It is a spreadsheet ranking the “Park Factors” for each stadium. I know that many people have these stats available, but I tried to take that one step further. What I have assembled is a weighted average for park factors based on stats from this year and the last two years.

The reason why I compiled the last three years is because I believe that “park factors” can also be a reflection of the team playing at that park. Hopefully using three years of stats will mitigate any influence a pitching staff or team defense may influence on home ballpark differences. For example, last year, Arizona’s ballpark was ranked 4th in runs scored and 3rd in hits. This year it is ranked 15th in runs and 18th in hits. It is the same stadium, right? That is why a think “ballpark factors” are as much controlled by the team playing the most amount of games there, as they are by weather and dimensions. Using a larger scope of data should smooth out the rankings.
Every couple of weeks I will update the spreadsheet with data from the season.
