With all of the pitch-and-ditch recommendations that I have making over the last week, I thought it would be interesting to see how the stats panned out.  If you took all of the pitchers that I recommended you would have posted the following stats to your team:

6 wins, 48 strikeouts, 3.28 ERA, 1.26 WHIP

All of the pitchers selected allowed 22 earned runs over 60.1 innings of work, and they posted a decent 2.40 K/B ratio.  Out of the ten pitchers, only two of them (Marquis and Byrd) were terrible starts, and Owings got a complete game.  In a head-to-head matchup, these pitching stats are critical in putting away your opponent early.
